Question: Hey buddy....im getting the AA to tow my car down to you tonight so you have it for just over a week, im coming down next monday but i thought instead of rushing everything through monday and tuesday it would be better to have it for a week in case anything is needed etc..the 550cc injectors are already in the car which is why the aa are towing me,i didnt want to drive it running too rich, the decat downpipe is in the boot and the front mount intercooler kit is in the back seat along with bov and induction kit....i will post the keys through the letter box for you....hope that is ok, kind regards, jamie

Question: How do you know if you have blown your turbo on your car?
Answer: It could be noisy, or smoking out the exhaust, or little or no boost. Any or all of the above!

Question: hi i am curently in afgan but back at home i have a 1.8clio soon to be turbo. the problem is i want a 4WD conversion done i was wondering if this is something you can do allso if you could give me a rough price so i can work out my finaces ect please get back to me soon. thanks lea
Answer: I didn't think it was possible? I've seen a conversion using a Cosworth floor pan and engine/transmission, but very expensive!

Question: hi i have just bought a 1090 fiesta rs turbo it has been fitted with a superchip and i want to check that someone hasn\'t upped the boost level do you know what the boost would have been set to by superchips its still running a t2 and was told the chip is 165bhp regards chris
Answer: Hi Chris - The chip doesn't control the boost, it just allows for it in the programming. There may be a bleed valve fitted, or alternative actuator. I wouldn't run any more than 12 psi tops. Have it checked out on a dyno for fuelling.

Question: Hi i currantly have a real problem with running my car on unleaded fuel, after only 2000 miles the exhaust tappets close all together! Having tried loads of additives i\'ve realised my only option is a conversion. The engine was rebuilt about 15k miles ago with a standard bore kent fast road cam and uprated timing gear. *My first question is can you do the necessary work on the valve seats? *Secondly while your there would you be able to flow the heads to produce a little more go from the engine? *Thirdly could you give me an idea of the cost of doing such work? I eagerly await your response. many thanks jon
Answer: Hi Jon - We can supply flowed heads with the large Nimonic exhaust valves for 730 plus vat. I have valves in stock designed for turbo use, which would do that job very well! An alternative would be to just do the seats with the hardened standard size valve. Please call on 01752 345880 if you'd like to discuss it.
